Welcome to SEVA

Dusserah denotes Win of Good over Evil. Our Society is still full of lots of evils. We the people engaged in the development and the welfare sector are always trying to eradicate them. So Dusserah is an occasion for us to celebrate. We extend our Best Wishes to all who are working for the same Objective

Society For Equitable Voluntary Actions (SEVA) is established in 1985. Currently working in about 35 villages in 3 blocks in the district of 24 Parganas North and 15 Villages in the District of Birbhum. SEVA had a very modest beginning and owes its existance and development mainly to one individual.

Some individuals sharing some common objectives and ready to experiment new ideas though about the setting up of SEVA.
